「House is cute and in a nice walkable neighborhood. The upstairs of the home (kit, living room, dining) was nice. Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee. The downstairs was disappointing, the carpet is stained and the downstairs area smells. I guess this is good for those who have their pets (which we did not). Each bedroom had an air-conditioner unit. The check-in was smooth, minus the 2 different...

「The house is large and perfect space for us. The only complaint was the sheets did not appear to be washed. When we took the sheets off in one of the BRs the mattress had a large urine stain. The mattress protector was in the top of the closet but apparently the cleaning people just did not want to put it on. We washed all the sheets before we sent to bed. But had a great time.」

「This cabin was perfect for our family to enjoy our much needed time together. Mornings out on the huge covered porch with an amazing view of the mountain. Deer greeting us each morning. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast. Living Area was also very cozy for all to gather and reminisce. Would highly recommend to stay here. The house was very clean and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. The sheets smelled really clean like they’d just been washed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Carlsbad Caverns or Guadalupe it was a great location to see both.」
