「Washer / dryer not working. Downstairs was very cold main level and top bedroom was great. I would recommend a stay the issues were minor.」

「Very clean. Well marked for parking. Deco was interesting for the oil industry in Carlsbad. 」

「We stayed for a week while visiting family. The host was very responsive and the property was quite comfortable. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. We travel to Clovis twice a year and will definitely be booking this place again! 」

「Checking in was easy. The space was clean and equipped with everything needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a nice large shower. I would stay here again.」

「Comfortable and peaceful. 」

「This was such a cute cottage. It was very quiet and clean. It was close to the Carlsbad, White Sands, and Guadalupe National Parks which is why we chose it. Also, Roswell is a super cool town. Brenda was very helpful and always quick to respond to any inquiries. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. I highly recommend」
