"Had a little glitch with some things but the staff were on top of it and relayed my concerns immediately to the Owner whom called me personally and left me a detailed voicemail with his apologies and he made it right. He said exactly everything right and handled the situation right away to my complete satisfaction! ~ Hats off to you sir!!! ~ I appreciate your kindness! We will Definitely be back! This location is over 80 years old and super cute themed! Even the Keys are real and Metal and not a random key card! The name fits it's personality. I love the personal touches right down to the note cards you leave for us to help you with repairs... "Bunkhouse Bob will fix it all!" Love that! Made me felt heard! ---> And I was! <--- You guys are great! This is why you are still open after 80+ years! Keep up the great work! Your staff is great too! I will be back someday!"

"Loved this hotel. Clean, wonderfully decorated, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms and beds. Did not appreciate the poor service at check in. The person was nice but waiting at the desk for 10-15 minutes while the representative was answering questions for a caller, was not ok. Place the caller on hold and help the person that actually is there and spent the money to stay there. Otherwise, great hotel."
