「I stayed for two nights. The reception and café staff were all incredibly kind, friendly, and wonderful. The café breakfast was authentic and delicious; I really appreciated having the choice between a plated meal and options like croissants. The room was simple yet stylish and clean. One slight disappointment was the lack of housekeeping service during my multi-night stay; I had hung the "please clean" sign on the door before going out, but upon returning, I found the message card and tip I had...

「It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.」

「Old style shower & toilet. Due to no shower cartain and door, it was uncomfortable to use wety equipment after shower. Bed room is OK.」
