"Rooms are nice, breakfast 7 out of 10 Stayed in a room with lounge access. Food in the lounge was the same every day, so a bit boring after a while… Was trying to book a table for Saturday 7:30 in the morning for breakfast at the lounge, with a guest. Was told by the lady in the lounge reception that it is not possible to bring a guest on Saturday, since they are too busy on that day. Went down and told this to the guest relations person, a nice lady name Lo. She said it is unacceptable, and she took care of it. I was able to to to the lounge on Saturday morning, it was NOT busy at all, until around 9:00 I have been to a few Shangri La lounges around the world; this one is a bit disappointing, especially when it comes to drinks. I do not drink alcohol, so the other option is just sodas, but I do not drink sodas either. They should have some juice, and fresh one, at least like they have in breakfast. Housekeeping and rooms were perfect. Overall, nice hotel, GREAT view on the city, but they need to improve the lounge. Checking out; you supposed to give the client to check the bill, before you charge their credit card. It did not happen; I was charged and only then was issued a print to take and to have a look. Most staff were very friendly."

"サザンクロス駅からも近く、スーパーやリ カーショップも近くにあるのでとても便利です。 冬でしたが、部屋に小さな虫がいたのと、連泊の清掃時にガラスが交換されていなかったのは星マイナスです。 ただ、部屋も一定の広さがあるので、宿泊メインだけでなく滞在できるホテルだと思います。"

"The hotel is located on a little bit further south of the city and not busy neighbourhood. Easy access to the city by tram The cleanliness is okay, we just stayed one night and didn't use much of the property but enjoyed the whole thing"

"15時よりも前にチェックインをさせてくれて大変助かりました。 部屋は清潔でエアコンも聞いてて、シャワーの温度も快適でした。 市街地も近くハーバーも徒歩圏内でしたのでコストパフォーマンスがとても良かったと思います。 また利用したいと思います。"
