"The hotel was charming and comfortable. The team d8d everything they could to make you comfortable and assist with your visit to Granada. The hotel dates from the 1500's and feels up to date. We enjoyed our stay a great deal."

"Getting to the hotel when you have a car is almost impossible. It took us an extra hour to get to the hotel and we were only 2 minutes away at times. The only reason we finally got there was because a man on a scooter told us to follow him to the hotel. It cost me an extra 40 euros for this service. The hotel gives you directions but they are pretty much useless considering it is very difficult to see street names The saving grace about this hotel is the lady that runs the front desk , Cathy. She is by far the most informative and enjoyable person to talk to. She was extremely helpful on everything"

"The hotel maintained a very high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The facilities were also very good as were the staff members at hand. As we stayed during summer time, we made use of the pool bar on the roof terrace which was lovely. Overall, a very great stay"
