The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!」

「It was worth the cost. Just be aware that the restaurant and bar does karaoke late and you are 10 feet from it and it is loud. But the place was clean and everything went fine other than the very off key singing. 」
