"This is a beautiful rental property. The view & setting is wonderful & very private, entered through electric gates. Ample parking & lovely big terrace with outdoor table. The lane to the property is unmetaled & a farm track but it's not very far from the road so did not pose an issue for us. Property itself is lovely, well maintained & everything you could need for a holiday away. All very clean & tidy. I would highly recommend."

The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."

It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"Hotel do NOT make it clear parking is £15 for every 24 hour period. Breakfast was not worth £20 a head, £40 for myself and my wife, one coffee machine and not enough food ready in a busy restaurant. With breakfast and parking it makes for an Expensive stay. Hotel is modern and very pleasant decor."
