「What an amazing place Vespers is. The location is perfect right on the river but close to Potter Heigham. We have a boat and we were able to moor it right outside the property. Inside the place is very spacious. We particularly enjoyed eating in the separate dining room. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including glasses for every occasion!! We would definitely recommend the property if you are wanting to come to Norfolk.」

「Amazing what you can fit into a small space! Microwave and toaster are good for basic self catering, though we were glad that we had brought containers to cook in and our normal camping plates and cutlery. Location is very good, quiet and private, but with plenty to explore in the nearby area.」

「We stayed in Cosy Nook and what a wonderful weekend we had for my birthday. Amanda was amazing and the animals are adorable. We felt so welome and Cosy Nook and the surrounding area was just perfect. I adored every thing about it, the outside bathroom was fantastic and outdoor living was great. Sitting round the fire with a glass of bubbles and food cooked on the BBQ - nothing beats it. We will be back! 」

「Violet Cottage was a great little find in a perfect location to explore the Broads. It’s a perfect little wooden lodge with its own garden. Every detail has been thought of giving you everything you might need for your break including a welcome cake. A well equipped kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and even a washing machine. Two comfy chairs for reading, watching the tv or just observing the nature on your doorstep. 「My Husband, myself and my 86 year old Mom… oh mustn’t forget our Springer Spaniel loved our stay. Comfortable, clean, perfect location. A few things to consider… the number on the property wasn’t clearly visible, there were no detailed instructions about the TV Operation, we never did work out how to use Freestat ended up watching everything through BBC iPlayer. The hanging rail in the twin room wardrobe was so high my Mum at 5ft 4 couldn’t reach. Nothing major and all easily fixed, would...

「We had a beautiful view of the village green for breakfast and enjoyed watching everyone commute to school or work via bicycle or on foot. 」

「The apartment is well equipped and the terrace a bonus with a sea view. Amazing for star gazing. Unfortunately was foggy and too cold to sit outside for long periods of time during our stay but ideal for summer evening drinks. Also it is right next to a light house so it will interfere with star gazing activities. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but the room was spacious and clean. Not a lot of channel choices for the TV. Also can't comment on the resort facilities as didn't use them....
