"The hotel was a major disappointment. The room lacked even basic furniture—there was no chair, no small table, and not even proper towel hangers. Towels were left on the bed, so you had to put them on the floor if you wanted to sleep comfortably. The overall cleanliness was poor, and on top of that, they charge an extra fee for daily room cleaning, which is unacceptable. The internet was also down for more than 10 hours during my stay. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else—almost any other option would be better. "

"Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, the receptionist kindly offered my partner and me a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, the doormen and lobby staff were consistently polite, always offering help and wishing us a great day. On the day of checkout, the gentleman at reception also extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel—everything was perfect from start to finish."
