「Great neighborhood. Has an easy walk to the corner store that has great bagel sandwiches. Walk to the subway line clear, making travel around NYC simple. It is summer and place has air-conditioning but only in the main area with no fans so stuffy in the bedrooms - if you have travel fans, bring it.Heads up, they changed the siding and it is light grey, no longer yellow.Also, something I forgot to look up before hand, no iron or steamer.」

「I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. 「We over all had a great stay. The apartment was clean and exactly what the pictures look like online and Eche was very good and easy to communicate with. There was easy access to the subway to get to New York City. I recommend if staying with children not to take the subway at night and not walk the area at night either. We took a Lyft at night and the subway during the day. Was a great trip for our first time to New York with the family. 」

「Overall impression? We'll be back. Our stay was great, even though getting there was less than great. The only minor issue with it is there was no place to hang dress clothes. There were no washcloths. Other than that, it was a great stay.」

「Perfect for my needs. Great location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and very responsive host. One issue with crumbs on the top and bottom sheets of the bed. Host explained that the cleaning service was new and I was offered replacement sheets, but I had already brushed them off :-」

「Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...

「The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. A perfect place to visit in the Bronx!」

「Very. Very. Very. Clean property. Smells good. Looks good. Comfortable, very comfortable. Parking for our rental car was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome. We had a small issue in the address. On the app, the address was 142 but the actual property was 146. The pictures helped us to the property. And 1 more small thing, we didnt have was towels. But we actually travel with wash towels. With so much family on the east coast, we will for sure revisit this property. 」

"It's easy to find even if you are completely new to the area. I recommend taking the ferry from Manhattan to Astoria and then Q19 bus from the ferry terminal. Going to LaGuardia Airport was super easy -- took me less than 20 minutes from the front desk to the terminal. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I am glad I chose this hotel."
