The host and the staff were highly attentive with a clear agenda that you have a good experience in their accommodation.they were easily accessible to resolve any issues you may have. the place is ideally located in a quiet residential area of EL near local shops, bars and restaurants; therefore it felt very safe and it was quite practical due to available facilities. The family room is spacious and massively practical. My kids enjoyed the trampoline and swimming pool, this was a bonus to have. Cleaning was done on a regular basis and at high standards. Wi-fi was at times disconnecting, unsure if this was a connection or service provider issue. There was at one point disrupted connection due to cable work, not the fault of the host. On this occasion we were reassured by the host on this. Having said this, i will definitely return for another stay.
