"I emailed the hotel from Japan to enquire about chartering a car for two days to visit the Diamond Triangle and Puri, but I received no reply for quite some time and was not assisted until I rang them. It felt as though the manager had simply passed the matter on to the staff. However, the staff’s service thereafter was excellent; they were friendly and provided superb service—from the moment we arrived through to check-out, as well as with car arrangements—which was remarkable for a provincial city in India. This is a very comfortable and convenient hotel for those wishing to tour Orissa efficiently in a short period of time."
