"We used the cabin as a home base to explore Acadia while having a fun and beautiful place to come back and see the sunsets and sunrises on the water. The little heater was enough to keep us warm during the chilly fall week we were there. Was a great spot for the two of us!"

"The hotel and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The best experience was dinner in the hotel - Nothing extra about the decor but the cook was really wonderful - delicious hamburger and fries. I had asked for a side of broccoli after hearing another customer rave about her steak and especially the broccoli - they were out, but the chef offered to prepare spinach - it was wonderfully fresh, perfectly steamed and seasoned. Everything I saw being served was freshly prepared and served well. I'll use this hotel again when I have to travel from Bangor - 50 steps from the airport entrance!"
