"First I want to begin b saying how accommodating and nice the staff was at the Lowes Regency Park Avenue My stay was wonderful because of the staff.. The room was clean and quiet room service was fast and the food was wonderful at the bar and grill, oh and good coffee too… I love the neighborhood and I have found my NYC hotel… We were greeted by Kennedy in the elevator and she immediately asked if she could do anything for us now or in the future to make our stay more comfortable as did all the staff…thank you Lowe’s Regency Park Ave One more thing great sheets…"

"The hotel has a clean, modern vibe... not stuffy at all... the staff without exception were excellent! Helpful, friendly and they all remembered me and my sister throughout our stay. We were staying at the Indigo for a wedding nearby and the staff went out of their way to let us have an early check-in to prepare for the wedding. Even the other guests at the hotel were super friendly and helped us navigate the key cards required for the elevator. We highly recommend the Hotel Indigo and will stay there again the next time we're in Brooklyn!"

"Bad experience in the front desk bad attitudes with me and my friends and racist!!! We simply asked if we could check into our room early, and he flatly said no—adding that if we needed to use a restroom, there was one available in the waiting area, and it was free."

"We got to the hotel, and it was overbooked. They didn’t email or call us to let us know. Then they said they reserved a room at another hotel for us. We went there and were not on their reservations. The nice manager at this hotel called the Courtyard to see where we were to go. She found out, and we went to a 3rd hotel. We checked into a room here with a tiny bed and a different location in the city. The whole experience was terrible. The communication was awful, and they sent us to the wrong hotel. Then we had to Uber back to the show we were seeing and we barely made it on time. I booked a hotel that was close to the show so that we could walk. And to add to this, it was pouring out. It was an awful to start a two night stay with my daughter in NYC."

"Me and my parents had a terrible experience during our stay at Sprinhill Suites and probably for the first time experience while staying with Marriott. We checked in into 2 rooms on Friday night somewhere between 11 - 12 at night. We asked for some water that time but the front desk person told us that they were out of water bottles. I just went and bought my own in that case. When we entered the room the AC in both the rooms that were allocated to us were not working. I tried calling the front desk only to realize that the phone in my room is not working. I went to my parents room and called. Front desk gave me instruction on how to turn on the AC. That did not work. My wife called a few minutes later and the front desk person said 'Your husband was given the instructions on how to turn on the AC but looks like he is incapable of turning on the AC'. That was first very rude and condescending. By around 2 am at night, after a few phone calls with front desk, they said this is an engineering job and can only be done in the morning. We finally made a request for some fans finally. The next morning after 2 hours of follow up an engineer finally showed up to tell us that the AC in those rooms was not working in the first place. That time the front desk manager told us that we will have to vacate the rooms and that they will now allocate new rooms to us. So we had to pack again and follow up with the hotel that day to make sure we have 2 rooms again the next night."
