「The property is in a quiet neighborhood, but has shopping and restaurants within a short drive. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Loved the backyard with patio.」

「Close to downtown Flaggstaff. We stayed at this property while passing through the area from New Mexico to Utah and site seeing the Grand Canyon. Clean property off the highway. Great communication and would stay here again if back in Flaggstaff.」

「This was a wonderful trip for my family of 5. I had three teenagers and a toddler with me and they were so excited about the house. We played pool every night and they all took turns on the Pac-Man game. The backyard was stunning! We would love to return in the future.. if we don’t go ahead and move up there by the end of the year. Flagstaff felt like home! Thanks for sharing your home with us so we could make wonderful memories. 」

「Everything was perfect for our purposes. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony was very comforting. The only issue would be that we had to go buy toilet paper (Saturday afternoon) and garbage bags because there wasn't enough for our stay. We listed 8 people, but only 5 were able to show for the stay, it was surprising that we ran out of toilet paper in less than 24 hours. Other than that, the place was great and we would stay there again if the occasion arose....

「It was a great space. While we were there, Flagstaff had 30 inches of snow. We woke up every morning with a view of a beautiful mountain packed with snow. I took my 18 YO son (for his senior trip) and his friend to ski. They had perfect new powder to ski on while we were there. Our time at the stay was packed with darts, video games, foosball and a hot tub. We were never bored and enjoyed together. An unforgettable memory. Thank you Aiden for this memory. 」

「I’ll admit I hesitated before booking because of the most recent review mentioning issues with the AC/heater and thermostat. I’m really glad we decided to book anyway. During our stay, the heater and thermostat worked perfectly and were easy to adjust, and we were comfortable the entire time.The home was exactly what we were looking for — great size, excellent location, and true to the listing.
