Pool is open and heated from 5/17/25 to 10/11/25. Seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. Three or four night minimums during the shoulder season. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Linens and towels are provided for the tenant. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
