Situated on 75 private acres, the newly renovated space features a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture with reading lights, eclectic decor and a well equipped chef's kitchen, one cozy bedroom and a beautiful bathroom with soaking tub, European radiators in winter and AC in summer keep you comfortable year round. This special property offers a refined and relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Only 8 miles to Mt Snow and 18 to Stratton. Hiking and cross country skiing right out the door.

Apartment was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, cozy stay. Truly a special place, you can tell lots of care went into the construction and design. Amazing light from all the windows and stunning views. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Gas fire and radiators kept us warm, and lots of hot water. We arrived during a snowstorm, and the apartment is up a hilly road, but it’s paved and the Dover plows ran after each snowfall. The area is full of natural beauty, and close to winter sports at Mt Snow and Stratton. We loved snowshoeing at Grout Pond. Be sure to stop by East Dover general store!

Please disregard the skiing rating. We are not skiers so that metric doesn't apply to us. The space is exquisite, beautifully appointed and the view is SUBLIME. Truly. We had one issue but Roy and Nancy were very attentive and easy to communicate with which made the world of difference. We will definitely rebook. The area is exquisite, the town of Wilmington is lovely. We took multiple walks on the road and would love to see it during the summer or fall.

Stayed here for a brief 2-night trip for my partner's birthday and had a wonderful experience. The photos do not do the space justice, it is gorgeous and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and baking, and the bath was luxurious! The gas fire heater was a highlight as was that wonderful view. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We would love to visit again!

The hosts of this beautiful place, Roy and Nancy, were responsive and quickly got back to us with any questions we had. The apartment itself is beautiful- pictures don't do it justice. Sitting in the living room and looking out through the big window at Mt Monadnock at sunset was such a nice way to wind down a busy day. That, along with the gas stove and post and beam interior made our stay peaceful and refreshing. We didn't go skiing, but the slopes are close and there are local hiking trails for cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Even the dirt road right outside the door is a great place to enjoy a winter walk. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed to make our weekend away from home comfortable and hassle free. I'd come back here any time we need a place to stay. It really is a beautiful peaceful getaway. Thank you Roy and Nancy!
