"We stayed here for four days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Even though we checked in very late—around 2 AM—the receptionist warmly welcomed us and personally escorted us to our room. All our requests were handled promptly and with care. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets daily, which had an impressive spread of multi-cuisine options including Mediterranean, South Indian, North Indian, and Italian dishes. The variety of desserts was especially delightful. Special hi-fi to a friendly guy and Dhareesh, who took care us personally. Evening high tea by the beach was a lovely touch, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The beach itself was clean and well-maintained, with a staff member present—similar to a lifeguard—ensuring everyone’s safety. Shout out to my masseuse Aliana. The pool was clean and inviting, and the children’s play area was nicely set up. We also tried the spa massage, which was truly rejuvenating. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this place again for our next visit."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. "This hotel is in a great location overlooking the beach. The promenade is a nice walk. The rooms are clean and the restaurants are good. The location is a very easy walk to the attractions and sights of Pondicherry and shopping. "
