「The room wasn't ready. There were two air conditioners, but they weren't working. Why put a TV in the room if it doesn't show anything? They promised Wi-Fi, but it didn't work either. The only response to any complaints was "I'll report it." Not to mention the terrible state of the room and the dirt.」
