「Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. It was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. We stayed in Betty’s Attic. It was so cozy with unique sitting areas and numerous little cubbies and window seats. 「The room was decorated beautifully, and very clean. No extra smell of cleaners to mask. The air worked great. The shower needed some help, but left a note. Needs better signage outside to find it. The one they had was sunfaded. But when walking into lobby was a pleasant surprise. Nice to have coffee. The refrigerator and micro was a plus.
