The asian gentleman with glasses at front desk was so friendly & helpful 👌 Our room was clean & tidy maybe a small biscuit on arrival to have with a cup of tea would be perfect after a long travel. We had the best view on the 25th floor..thank you. We loved the restaurant it had so much character. Food & beverage staff was so helpful & friendly. Would be nice to have a mushmellows in my hot chocolate not sure why you didn't have any. Thank you for your service we will be returning."
