イーストベンチ ホテル

「Nice, clean hotel. Centrally located for our hiking adventures and good restaurants close by (very short walking distance). No complaints and would recommend.」

「Was perfect for us」

「The room was nice and clean. I think my only complaints are paying for parking when there was plenty of space, the room was very loud, we could hear the road all night and had to go purchase a sound machine to help with the noise. Upon check out there was a staff member arguing on the phone with another staff member that also made it very uncomfortable.」

「Guest laundry is a great feature. Good breakfast Nice atmosphere」

「It is a very low cost option with great stores around the hotel. The floors in bedroom need to be mopped with water and soap and not just dusted. I bring my own microfiber towel to clean floors when I arrive. Hard to bet the price.」

「This hotel was the best! Friendly staff and great rooms! I was very impressed!」

「とても綺麗で部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。」

「Thank you for issuing a refund when I accidentally canceled my original booking. I really appreciated it. Since I still wanted to stay at the hotel, I made a new booking shortly after the cancellation and asked for a refund only for the original booking. However, the hotel also canceled my new booking and refunded both reservations. I only noticed this just before my stay. Fortunately, a room was still available, so I was able to stay as planned.」
