"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...

"Everything went super smooth, condo was well stocked with everything needed, bed was comfortable, and the cleaning service every other day was great. Enjoyed the hot tubs and the special touch of the bottle of wine that was there for my wife and I when we checked in to the room was much appreciated. Would recommend this location and stay for any couple doing a get a way for some skiing and enjoying the aspen area."
