They informed us after a 13 hour drive they had cancelled our reservation due to “overbooking” the rooms that had plumbing, trying to convince us to stay for free without running water all night. No thank you.

Place is a litlenrun down. I didn’t have much hot water. Had an ew of shadiness. I should have investigate and checked the background of the area. Had I, I likely would of traveled on for a more relaxing place to stay.

Very nice staff hotel was under construction I'm handicap they had no rooms available on the first floor the hot water had t ok run for 30 minutes before it got hot then only stayed hot for a few minutes other than that beds were very comfortable

This is a good place for hunters. The affordable price and the friendly staff , resturant in the parking lot. Facility is under repairs/ upgrading at present. Will use again.

This is the wost place I have ever stayed- I need to reconsider my life choices. I actually asked them if they were even open - broken windows and toilets outside. I have this a one star because 1 - no bedbugs - apparently the bedbugs have higher standards than I do and 2- the roof was not leaking - full disclosure it was also not raining, but credit where credit is due. Almost all the reviews are fake - almost all are from one person. This should be delisted from Expedia. Shame on you Expedia.

This was overpriced for what it had. Needed new carpet. There were unfinished repairs in bathroom, loose plumbing caps and the like. Also, it had no hair dryer.

Needed a spot for an overnight stay. Reviews are pretty on spot. The family just bought this property and are slowly renovating it. Our beds were surprisingly comfy and the box spring still had the new plastic on it. Room smelled bc they had not ripped the old shag carpet out but we did have hot water. If you aren’t super picky and just need a bed for the night for cheap, this is your spot.

This is an old, rundown building that should be torn down. A couple seemed to be trying to work on it, but not worth the work. I seemed to be the only one staying there. Junk cars parked there, just horrible. I can't believe Expedia would have it offered on its site.
