エマカゼニ のリゾート

「The villa was magnificent and in many ways better than what's shown in the photos. All the staff were very professional and made sure we were taken care of.」

「nice」

「We stayed for five days and four nights, and were truly impressed by the hospitality of every staff member at the lodge. I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter, and many of the staff remembered her name, which made her feel so welcomed and happy. She had a wonderful time, and we were both extremely satisfied with our stay.」

「A light shower can cause a mudslide. Not recommended for the drivers!」

「シャワーが屋外という奇天烈仕様以外はリゾートホテルらしくて良い。 部屋は非常に広いが、少し空間を持て余しているかも。」

「The staff went above and beyond. They went and picked up my suitcase that was delayed arrival and delivered to an airport for almost 2 hours away. They had amazing hospitality. Every morning, we are waking up with a awesome wake up. Call and treated to a great breakfast before going out on the most spectacular game drives. Could not recommend enough.」

「We had a short stay at the Sanbonani Resort Hotel with our family. The rooms were large and quiet. The staff were friendly and we had the evening buffet which was good value. For our trips to Kruger it proved to be a good location and excellent value.」

「Très bel hôtel avec un très bon accueil. Le petit dej sur la terrasse est top et de qualité. Le repas du soir à l’hôtel est très bon 」

「The property is extremely hard to find because the Google map will not be able to get you there. The staff was not prepared for our arrival, as they already had anticipated that we would not be able to find it. Consequently, the restaurant had a menu but there were only two different cuts of steak. with one piece each. since there was nothing else we ate the steak, which was fine. Getting there, you will have to travel through some neighbourhoods that didn’t seem too safe to me.」

「The picture showing the pool has NO water in it. If you book breakfast you won’t get any Power went off for 2 days, after 18 hrs they managed to get a generator, that they ran for 2.5 hrs didn’t communicate that they would turn it off at 9.10pm, so no air con charging phones or camera for safaris, can’t even make a cup of tea. Next day it was off all day again till about 6pm. Couldn’t communicate anything. They did not speak/ or would not speak English. Yet anything you asked for they understood...
