"Great location - ski out and in. Ski storage room was great and with locks secure. Also stored my boots and helmet there overnight. Room was well appointed but air was very dry due to electric heat."

"The staff were very accommodating to allowing us to have early check in as we had a wedding to go to. The only downside is parking if you drive a small car or truck the underground parking the way to go. If you don’t good luck trying to find a parking spot. Unfortunately the people above us decided to keep partying until 1am which kept us up Overall id stay here again "

"Decent place to stay but there were a few things that impacted our rating. It wasn't totally clean - we found underwear and a few other things around the unit (lots of hair). We deeply suspected a dog had been in the unit due to one family member's extreme allergic reaction. The ski in and out was a bit difficult and when I asked for clarification about the best route, it was super vague and unhelpful. There is no garbage removal during your stay and nowhere on site to dispose of it yourself. The washer dryer didn't have a door on the closet and it is super loud. All in all, minor, but when you add them all up, certainly detracted from our stay. Also, please get more forks!! "

"We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but weren’t apologetic at all for the inconvenience. Apologies in my book go a very long way and a smile and how is your stay go a mighty long way, but we received none of those common greetings that you typically get at other hotels. I must add that when I asked for a cleaning towel and cleaner so that I can clean the bathroom myself, they had sent someone up anyway to clean the bathroom. I need to acknowledge that. The hotel needs a major update as well. With a renovation update and training staff to be more welcoming and gracious, this hotel could be a 5. "

"Convenient location that worked well for our group. Enjoyed the hot tub after ski days and the fireplace was enjoyed during a stretch of cold weather."
