The Space:
The flat is located on the third floor and consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with garden furniture allowing you to relax in the fresh air. There are comfortable places to sleep - a large double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so the flat can accommodate up to 4 people at the same time. A fully equipped kitchenette allows guests to prepare their favourite meals, and with an available coffee machine, guests can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. The flat rental price includes the cost of a cot and highchair. The interior has been decorated with a modern style that gives the flat a unique atmosphere. . The intimate and cosy décor goes hand in hand with the comprehensive amenities, creating a friendly and homely feel. Amenities such as free wireless internet, TV are available in the flat.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in the charming village of Łukęcin, on Spacerowa Street. Quiet surroundings, proximity of the sea and sandy beach (only 100m!), as well as a playground on site make the offer a great choice for families. The location of the flat provides peace and relaxation in the vicinity of nature - the flat is only 900m from the nature reserve ''Klif in Łukęcin''. It is therefore a great offer for those seeking peace and quiet and a moment of relaxation in the fresh air. There is also a Dino supermarket (750m) close to the flat. The nearest bus stop can be reached within a 5min walk. In the area there is a restaurant called Flying Dutch. While staying here, it is also worth visiting Pobierowo, which is only 4 km away, or Dziwnówek, which is 5 km away.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit gutem Ausblick

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem guten Apartment. Es gab nur leider ein paar Schönheitsfehler... wir hatten einen großen Wasserfleck/Wasserschaden an der Decke vom Schlafzimmer, die Beleuchtung an der Wand des Wohnzimmers und der Esstischbeleuchtung gingen nocht. Auch war der Strom für die gesammte Wohnung abgeschaltet und man musste erst mal suchen um die richtigen Sicherungen zu finden um nicht im dunkeln zu stehen. Auch wurde nirgendwo erwähnt, dass die Warmwasseraufbereitung selber anzuschalten ist.deWarmwasseraufbereitung selber anzuschal
