「We had a fabulous family Christmas at Mafeking! The village of Beneden was very convenient for us all to get to from different parts of the UK. The Pub was so cozy and fun on Christmas Day. I would definitely recommend Mafeking for a group / family stay !! Thankyou」

Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful. A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in. Highly recommend.」

「The accommodations was very comfortable, and was very efficient. It was clean. The Host & Hostess ( Dan & Toni ) were very attentive and made our stay very pleasant. They went above and beyond in providing us with transportation to various places, and when they were not able, they called taxi services for us.
