Fantastic stay

Fantastic traditional hotel. Beautiful, spotless room and great breakfast with yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, hams, cheeses, salad, bacon, sausages, egg, cake, fruit juices, tea, coffee. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel

Fantastic place! We have stayed in so many hotels in Düsseldorf, but this place is definitely the best we have visited! You don’t hear the street, the rooms are so beautiful and clean, there are small relaxing area. Not to forget the breakfast and the staff: blown away WAUE!

Excellent stay

Beautiful hotel, it felt newly decorated. Very friendly welcome, stunning room on the top floor overlooking the front but so quiet. The most comfortable bed and pillows (my back was very thankful). Book breakfast, the selection and quality was amazing. Tip: the tram stops right outside with three options (so no wait) to get in to the centre with only four stops, You can get a ticket on the platform. Would definitely stay again. 10/10

Absolut empfehlenswert: SEHR freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Vor dem Hotel ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, mit direkter Verbindung Richtung Hauptbahnhof und Altstadt. In den Gartenzimmern ist es trotzdem angenehm ruhig.

Prima en voordelig hotel met goed ontbijt

Voordelig gepriksd hotel met ruime en nette kamers. Mijne gad een balkon. Inbegrepen ontbijt was ruim en lekker. Mooie en ruime badkamer. TV is zoals vaker in de omgeving heel oud en kun je niks mee beginnen.

Hotel is located in a very central and quiet area, everywhere is within walking distance which is great. Rooms are beautifully designed and gave a lot of comfort. Only bad thing about this hotel that led me give 3 stars for overall was the internet connection. We as a family were not able to connect to the hotel wifi from any of our devices for three days. I had my data on my phone however my parents didn't and they couldn't use wifi for the duration of our stay.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. Beds are comfy. Rooms are very specially decorated and are spacious. However - the water was hot /cold which made the shower terrible. Our room had no toilet paper or Kleenex and the front desk lady left. I had to go looking for some. The next morning the staff wanted to charge me for parking ( which was free for me) and a room upgrade ( which was offered to me the night before ). The morning staff and the evening staff don’t communicate. A nice hotel but there seems to be staffing problems

Wonderful hotel room

It's a wonderful stay. The room is nice, cute, and clean. The staff are very friendly. We had a great stay at Windsor hotel. Beyond our expectation :) Also the breakfast is very nice. Every morning we enjoyed great choices and had our breakfast in bright well-decorated dining hall :)
