"Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating. "I had another wonderful stay at Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel. This was my second time staying here, and once again, the experience was excellent. My positive impressions from my first visit were exactly what brought me back, and I can confidently say that I made the right choice. A special thank you to Nikita at the reception. We arrived quite late at night, and he welcomed us in a very friendly and professional manner. He handled everything perfectly and kindly provided us with a beautiful upgraded room with an amazing panoramic view. His hospitality made our arrival especially pleasant. The rooms are fresh, modern, comfortable, and very well furnished. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the level of service makes you feel genuinely welcome. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Nikita, for another great experience. I will definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is beautiful as in the pictures; the rooms are quite comfortable, breakfast is generous and the terraces have one of the most amazing views of the mountains I've ever seen. But that's a double-edged sword. It looks like this hotel and its restaurant have become the main tourist attraction in the area. It is the most crowded hotel I've ever been to; we could never find a table at dinner, and there is not a lounge area or a single chair in the hotel that hasn't become part of the restaurant. Besides, it's also a popular venue for wedding parties. After a long ride and looking for a quiet night close to nature, we had a noisy wedding party right next to our room that lasted until midnight. So I would recommend you look for a less expensive place to stay in the area and go to the hotel restaurant. They seem to care more about the restaurant guests than the people who are staying at the hotel."
