This Cozy Cottage comfortably hosts 4 people, with a max of 6 people (Sleeper sofa); stocked with more than the basics and there are plenty of towels and linens. Only 20 minutes from Fredericton, NB.

The space
Live like a local, in every season, in the amazing Nashwaak Valley!
With easy access to both the Nashwaak River and the NB Trail ( #30 @ Camp Rd), what will you do first you can ride the trails in your ATV (not provided) or go for river run in tubes or kayaks (provided May - Sept). In the winter bring your snowmobile or snowshoes!
Whatever you choose to do, a cozy hot tub will be waiting for you! Enjoy the river view as you soak up the soothing heat of the hot tub. Maybe you will catch a glimpse of an eagle or hear a beaver tail slap!
You will find the kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, microwave, stove/oven, air fryer, waffle iron, coffee maker, kettle, bowls, baking dishes, and if there is something you need ~ just ask! There is a temperature controlled BBQ and 2nd fridge for all the extras outside on the deck!

Access to a garage for ATVs and snowmobiles is available upon request during the winter months. No extra cost.

Guest access
You have access to the whole Cozy Cottage including deck, hot tub, driveway and yard. There is also private access to the Nashwaak River by the firepit. Wouldn't it be awesome to sit by a fire and listen to the river flow by?
Other things to note
Use of grilling mats on the BBQ is required. There will be a $100 cleaning fee if grilling mats are not used.
The hot tub is suitable for 2-4 people max.
The hot tub water is tested after each guest, and at a minimum weekly (for longer stays). Water testing results showing alcohol, bodily fluids, or other chemical imbalance will result in an extra $100 cleaning fee.
You aren't eating food or your partner in a public pool or hot tub, so please don't do it here.
