"Pros; This is a great house for large groups. Many bedrooms with entertainment in the basement, ping pong, Foosball, mini pool table, etc. Location to Durango is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is any kitchen item/tool you could ask for. Great for cooking at home. There was a nice welcome basket for the gueasts and a digital message bored with local imformation which was usefull. Also the contact for the home is very responsive, helpfull and friendly. "Loved the beds - comfy memory foam! Thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked home has travel essentials, plus a media room and board games, foosball. House is clean, clear of clutter and has a nice porch for morning coffee. Access through yard is a little rough and might not be suitable for someone that needs assistance such as a cane or wheelchair. "
