This condo in the mountains, sleeps 4-5 with one bedroom (King-sized bed), a double size sleeper sofa and twin Murphy bed. It is one mile from Purgatory Ski Resort- known for their down-hill skiing and mountain biking. There are activities for winter sports or plenty of summer activities for the entire family!
There is one bathroom with a shower/tub and a private washer/dryer.

The condo was super clean and the location was perfect for a ski trip! The host was very responsive and helpful and the condo had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing with our family. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge bonus. We’d love to visit again!

Mountain getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amanda’s Silverpick condo. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable for the 2 of us and our dogs. The location was perfect and close to many hiking trails. And the scenery was beautiful. It was a nice place to walk the dogs, and since it was a smaller number of units it was quiet and relaxing. We hope to visit again soon!

Family snow trip

Its a very nice , peaceful propertu only 1/2 mile from skiing! One of our favorite things was sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing! Would stay there again for sure!! Property manager was a blessing to work with and accomendated us evening coming a day early! Ty again for such an amazing trip!

We stayed here for a wedding at the lodge! Perfect location! Everything was great and the views are outstanding! Grab what you need in Durango at the store, because the food and small markets near by are a bit pricey! But the condo and Amanda were great!!

Spring Skiing Stay

The condo was very comfortable for me and my son. It contained all the amenities we required for home cooked meals. We also enjoyed the community hot tub. Mandy was very accommodating to a minor change I requested and she was very responsive. We would not hesitate to rent with Mandy again.
