We stayed 2 days and the property was close to everything. And good restaurants which the owner posted on her bulletin board. Also we stayed within our 2 dogs. The fences were secure too. There are 3 bedrooms too but we only stayed in the primary. The house was immaculate and very clean.

Great Week in Durango

The house met our every need. It is close to restaurants and the main shopping area, has plenty of room, is well equipped and is as cute as a bell. I would certainly stay there again.

Great location, comfortable

The property is close to downtown, and could use some updates (i.e., cracked tile in the middle of the kitchen caused some tripping for the dog, children and grandma). Great kitchen appliances, fenced-in front and back yards, and comfortable beds!

Great place, convenient location

This is a fresh, clean, attractive house with a lot of thought put into what guests would need. The beds we’re comfortable and we appreciated the nice sheets, comforters and towels. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely stocked. We loved the location and could walk to a market, restaurants and coffee shop and downtown Durango.

Lovely getaway walking distance to downtown

Had a wonderful experience staying at this property while we were in town for a wedding - Lorie and team were very responsive with all questions and concerns that came up. The dogs loved being so close to trails and we loved biking/walking downtown. Would recommend!

Our Favorite in Durango

We love to shop and walk the streets of downtown and this house far enough away to be very quiet but close enough to walk to the all our favorites. Everything is well kept and clean. This is our regular stop for years now.

Good home base for adventure

My family of 5, including kids ages 5, 7, and 9, had a good experience staying here. Overall very clean and met our needs. Only suggestions would be to add some more serving ware and stock the kitchen a little better with pots, pans, etc. Otherwise a solid and comfortable place to stay! Thanks!

Checking out Durango

This was a great home for someone interested in making a move to area. It was a short walk to all of downtown area. Beautiful hiking is just literally blocks from home. All in all nothing buddy good things to say.

Great location, cute house. Clearly a rental rather than someone's "beloved home," but you get what you get. Fruit flies should be addressed. Other than that, it was perfectly satisfactory.

walk to town!

nice little home within walking distance to town. But it takes more like 10-15 minutes to walk to town, not 3 minutes as advertised. The bunk bed room does not have a closet which was a bummer. cute front yard, however the backyard needs some attention and cleaning up. Cute home. neighborhood is a little run down, but it was very quiet. I would book this house again for the location.

Lovely Stay

What a lovely and wonderful home. We were so comfortable and happy. I came to visit family who live in Durango. The house was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The best part of our stay was the front yard. A very green and manicured lawn, chairs and table outside to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine.one thing that I absolutely loved were the sheets and towels! Silky sheets and thick cotton towels. Every morning was lovely at the house- quite neighborly people and such nice atmosphere. We highly recommend this location. Very close to everything essential. Joe’s coffee bar was walking distance and had the absolute best noto cold brew ever!

Cute house, back yard needs improvement

The house was clean and wonderful. It must be put in the description that the only door to the back yard is in the bunk bed (third room). Very important. The concrete slab in back yard barely holds table & chairs for four, however house sleeps eight. Need to repair hole in backyard gate, dogs could get out. Cute, wonderful home.
