Tucked away in a quiet setting surrounded by open skies and fresh mountain air, this comfortable space offers a relaxing escape while keeping shopping, dining, outdoor recreation, and skiing within easy reach.

When you're ready to explore, downtown Durango is just a short drive away. Discover the area's history at the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum, browse local shops and galleries, or enjoy a meal at one of the town's many restaurants. For outdoor adventures, Lake Chapman is a quick drive from the property, while the Colorado Trail trailhead is approximately a mile and a half away. During the winter, head north to Purgatory Resort, about 29 miles away, for skiing and snowboarding across a variety of terrain.

Inside, Hawk Nest provides a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day. Wood-carved furnishings, plush sofas and armchairs, and warm touches create a cozy atmosphere throughout the studio. The quiet setting offers a sense of privacy while still being conveniently located near the area's attractions.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a relaxed meal at home. Enjoy a quiet dinner together before settling in for the evening, or use the kitchen as a convenient place to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day. Free WiFi is also provided for entertainment and staying connected during your stay.

Hawk Nest can accommodate up to three guests, making it a comfortable option for a couple or a small group. The studio features a sleeping area along with a sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping space for one guest.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This is a shared home with upstairs guests.
Internet and phone service can be sporadic.
