"My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were so happy with this place! Everything seemed clean and well prepared and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. "Stayed here for one night and thought this was a unique place to stay. It is full of interesting art and antiques. There are many sections of the restaurant which are all different and worth sering. The food is really great and service is too. The room we had was very comfortable especially the bed. This is a place that does not have elevators, television or multiple electrical outlets for devices. It is a place you don't need these things. It is meant to be a getaway and place to be...

"Lots of Good restaurants nearby in the local DuPont Circle neighborhood. The motel wasn't the fanciest because it's a converted 19th century home with lots of rooms cut from bigger rooms, but it was good enough for the price. We found the shower good and hot, the AC and heater were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were there over a weekend and it was peaceful and quiet. All-in-all, a great price and location for budget travellers to DC."
