The property is conveniently situated about 35 minutes west of Ocala and the World Equestrian Center, 40 minutes east of the Gulf of Mexico, 1.5 hours north of Tampa International Airport, 1.5 hours west of Orlando, and 1 hour south of Gainesville and the University of Florida. The single-level home features three comfortable bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms with premium finishes. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds. The high-end kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and coffee bar, offers stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Rainbow River, making cooking and cleaning a delight. The living room boasts panoramic river vistas and opens seamlessly to the porch and expansive yard, inviting you to unwind in an open, airy, and incredibly relaxing environment. You’ll have full private access to the entire property, including the house, yard, fire pit, private dock, and all the toys, including a plethora of kayaks, paddleboards, tubes, snorkel gear, and more. Enjoy an undisturbed stay with self-check-in, allowing you to arrive and depart at your convenience.
