「My family was scheduled to stay here and unfortunately my wife and kids were in a serious car accident, rendering us unable to complete the trip. Obviously the timing to cancel was not ideal (it happened a couple days before the planned trip), but obviously that wasn't planned on our end either. Reached out and the property manager, offering to provide documentation of the incident and everything. Manager said he'd reach out to the owner to see if any possible refund could be considered. 「This place was nice but it's listed as having a Mini Kitchen its not, a Kitchen has to have running water it's just like in the picture 2 Bedroom Microwave and Refrigerator and Coffee maker 」

Our kids loved the game rooms and all the amenities for kids. The home could use some updates and a deep clean but it was very comfortable for everyone. We came in winter so didn’t use the outdoor facilities but looked lovely!! 」
