Our favorite amenity at 9th street is; the ability for indoor and outdoor living. The back of the home opens through french, double-dutch, glass doors to a gorgeous outdoor living space that has something for everyone. We offer comfortable table seating to enjoy meals outside under the custom designed pergola with a UV protected sunlit and see-through roof. Enjoy sitting on a tree swing, in the shade, with a book, or on the outdoor couch with all your friends (during summertime). Later in the evening, sit back to enjoy the fire-pit with outdoor landscape lighting shinning on stacked wine barrels from Domaine Serene and an antique corker from Normandy France. This space was designed to provide a peaceful and relaxing stay while enjoying the fresh country air and beautiful blue and starlight skies in the evening. On these warm summer mornings, we'll see you out on the deck, relaxing with morning coffee and this space is perfect for afternoon wine and cocktails.
Inside, is a large living area, with fun and vibrant colors, a smart TV, Bose sound bar and a beautiful electric fireplace with several settings. You'll be comfortable in the new plush, enveloping sofa and love seat, which will keep you cozy on cold nights.
The bedrooms have lush mattress' and bedding to assure a good nights sleep. The master, a king size bed with smart TV is cozy with a goose down comforter and stylish wallpaper. The other two bedrooms are queen sized comfortable beds with soft, comfortable bedding and fun interior designs.
A spacious and remodeled bathroom with heated floors offers a fun tile pattern that lightens the mood. Additionally the walls are adorned with original 1950's, original, Oregon Jantzen Beachwear advertisements that are whimsical and fun.
Custom wine country photography (many of Prince Hill) in vibrant colors adorn the walls with many references to the Willamette Valley and the newly emerging champagne region of the Willamette Valley. We support locals artists, local wineries and local eateries. All our stemware is from local wineries, or local events, that we enjoyed and like to promote.
4 parking spots means you'll enjoy time in Dundee with friends and family without having to move cars or find parking. What a joy, to simply walk to Red Hills Market and not be frustrated with parking! We are less than 2 blocks to most tasting rooms, eateries and some shopping.
The nearest full service grocery store is in Newberg however that are a number of markets (including Red Hills Gourmet Market) that are just a few steps away that offer a variety of the basics and food options for picnicking.
Finally, we hope you find time to explore all the nearby destinations that offer exciting fun things to do in addition to wine tasting such as all the live music that can be found in the Valley, plenty of outdoor events from Wednesday night Farmer's Markets to Friday Art Walks. Additionally the valley is a great place to feel like you finally got away from it all, enjoy; hot-air ballooning, vineyard hikes, truffle hunting, biking, horse-back riding, golf and wellness experiences.

Our 2nd trip to Dundee and first...but absolutely not our last...staying at this property! Perfect location to so many great vineyards. Well appointed house with very comfortable beds. Amazing back yard to relax in. Had a wonderful time all around.
One of the best vacation homes we have stayed at. Really thoughtful details throughout. Loved the outdoor shower, themed robes for each room and heated bathroom floors! Would love to stay there again!!

A few days in wine country for a good friend and I - we had the perfect home base at Steve and Sue’s place! Their home is well stocked, exceptionally clean, they give lots of recommendations, and it’s central to so many great restaurants and wineries. It’s an easy drive to the coast or to Silver Falls if you want a day trip to temper out the wine tastings! I would definitely recommend and go again.
Sue's place was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back. The house is adorable and comfortable. Back yard is very nice. Walking distance to lots of tasting rooms and places to eat and amazing Red Hills Market. And where we couldn't walk, everything is a close drive. Sue was great with recommendations on places to eat and wine taste. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place to stay in the Willamette Valley!
Following many hours exploring the coast and wine country…home at last!
Although some messy roadwork, entering this home was tranquil and inviting.
A beautiful home with all the modern amenities and comforts making it a perfect home to unwind. The exterior living area was the perfect relaxation venue in perfect weather (mild smoke though from distant fires). The new outdoor shower was a nice addition to the single bathroom with four people.
Location was perfect as well and close to great
wineries and food! Our entire purpose.

My husband, adult daughter, and I visited Dundee to experience Oregon’s Willamette valley. This house was a perfect home base. We could walk to many of the area restaurants and were close to everything. The hose was clean and adorable with a great outdoor area. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!
Loved the house and location. We were only there 2 nights and didn’t get a chance to use the lovely backyard but everything was great. Would stay again.
We had a great girls weekend at this wine country property. Very clean, cute decor and the A/C kept us cool as temperatures hit 95+! We loved the proximity to restaurants that we could walk to!

We had a wonderful stay here - so clean and a perfect location! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the mattresses were super comfortable, and the backyard was a great spot to relax! We were able to walk easily anywhere in Dundee, including several trips to Red Hills Market. The owner was incredibly responsive answering all my questions in advance and provided suggestions for the area. Would absolutely stay here again and cannot recommend enough to others!
Everything was great. Great house that everything we could need. Property owners seem to have thought of everything. Walking distance to bar, restaurants and tasting rooms. 5 minute or less drive to multiple wineries.
Nice little house in a perfect location. Nothing the property owner could do but there was heavy construction going on outside the home that will continue for the next several months. House was shaking and vibrating from the heavy equipment 40 feet from the front door. We visited end of July 2023. Would visit again if no construction.
