"Staff was very friendly and management checked in on us. The only problem we had was all week our room kept getting skipped over for a cleaning. Our dirty towels were towering. We did have the green button on for “open” instead of the red but somehow we were overlooked. We got towels right away when I called and management was willing to help. Overall very clean, quiet, good food, and entertainment was nice. Best part was the ocean and the private beach where you didn’t have to worry about leaving your items by your beach chair and walking away. We loved it!! "

"The food here was very good for resort food. The drinks were good. The staff were lovely. the beach is one you can swim in. The resort is a little small but overall it was a great experience and id stay here again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jewel Grande. The resort was well kept and the staff were polite and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious with an amazing view of part of the resort and the ocean. The food was excellent everywhere we ate from the breakfast buffet to the lunch options and finally the dinners. It was peaceful and had the feel of a private resort and beach. We had an amazing time and we certainly come back. "

"Overall the best all inclusive I’ve been to. By far the best food options and restaurants, A+, drinks were good as well. We went during their offseason and we think the entertainment wasn’t as great for that reason. Other reviews said the entertainment was excellent. The beds were very firm. My group of 6 all complained about the rock hard beds. Not to nit pick, but thats really the only real negative we encountered. This is a resort my group of 6 said we would all come back to. "
