"owner is great guy,,,,,place is really really run down and beat up,,,,has two days of flooded kitchen from rain and had roaches in kitchen,,,i left two days early out of four days..was very cold ,,owner had to supply space heaters for the place,,upstairs controls everything"

"We stayed overnight in this adorable house with our kids and grandchildren. Perfect location, and the house was exactly what we needed. We would definitely come back! Also loved the convenience of the brewery/restaurant next door! It snowed while we were there, only adding to the magic of the Christmas season! "

"Booked the Pearl over MLK weekend to attend a hockey tournament centered in Hershey, PA. The house easily accommodated everyone in our group (6 adults). The house was fully stocked with all the creature comforts (coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper etc.). Pete was also very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout time that aligned with our tournament schedule. All and all a great location and stay at the pearl. We hope to book again next year! "

"This house was beyond beautiful and perfect for a weekend away with a group of friends. We all loved it so much and had an insane amount of fun here. "This property was a dump. Described as “Gorgeous “ but owner definitely has a misunderstanding of the definition of this word. When we walked in the entire first floor reeked of fried fish. Stunk to high heaven. Nauseous! The upstairs smelled like a funeral parlor. Food left in refrigerator and freezer. A box of Night time NyQuil was left in a cupboard above the stove and was melted down into a sticky mess and dripping onto the stove. Disgusting. Front of house is 10 feet from 4 lane highway....
