"A wonderful escape, especially after 5 activity filled days and nights in a hot and crowded Rome. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....

"We really loved the villa! We were there with all our family, 14 people, to celebrate our silver wedding. There were 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms over 2 floors, it was very well equipped, great aircon in every room (vital as it was 38 degrees outside). The pool was lovely if in need of updating, but that's a small gripe. The outside dining area was lovely with splendid views of the surrounding hills. All in all a fabulous place for our needs."
