「The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.」
「Only stayed for one night, but as soon as parking the car and walking to the building there's a sensation of rew and fresh, Checking in was fast and easy, and the room looks and feels clean, updated, the bathroom clean and ample, for a moment you think you were at one of those expensive places. I was ready to check out by 8 am but wanted to stay a little longer and checked out minutes before 11 ;)」

What I most dislike about this hotel is the card key. Often times I needed to inside and out the card key because of unrecognizable.
Most staff are friendly, the room I stayed was clean enough (except some cups in the shelf). Caution before using stuffs in the shelf, some of them were unwashed. 」
