"Staff was very nice - easy check in and out. Breakfast was good. Overall building is dated and not kept up - needs a renovation. Bathroom towel rack fell off the wall. Heavy mold in hallway vent. But room itself was clean and beds were comfortable."

"We canceled our reservation within minutes of making it because they didn’t have the airport shuttle, which was advertised. We had missed our airline connection and were stranded at the airport with our phones almost dead. We managed to make another reservation with a different hotel, with a shuttle. We’re still being charged for the Hyatt Place room, even though we told the Hyatt we were canceling within minutes of making the reservation. We explained our situation to Expedia customer service when the room charge appeared on our bill. No help. We’ll never use Expedia again!"
