You will be staying in the spacious and bright Residence Baia Rilke, App. Falesie, a 3-room apartment spanning 85 square meters on the top floor. The modern furnishings include a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV. There is one double bedroom with a shower and toilet, and another room with two beds. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

Amenities Included
The apartment comes with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay during your vacation. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available to regulate the temperature according to your preference. There is a terrace, partially covered, with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. Additionally, a washing machine is provided for your convenience. If you are traveling with a young child, a baby cot can be provided for up to 2-year-olds (at an extra cost). Internet access (WiFi) is also available, albeit at an additional charge.

You will have access to reserved parking for one car at the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.
