"Location is amazing. Property even better. One negative is that there is no property parking, so you have to park on the side streets and walk to property. And since its peak of the season, it was impossible to find close parking spot. So we had to drive in circles for hour or so. Google maps was unhelpful since the house is tucked in. But thats how split is, million and one of small intertwined one way streets. Once we found it we had a good laugh because it was so close. Definitely would stay...

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment so close to the historic centre of Split . We really enjoyed the pretty private courtyard and access to the big wonderfully jetted hot tub. Inside the apartment the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and the whole unit was gleamingly clean. Bonus--there was a great bakery across the street and a small grocery just down the street. We would highly recommend this accommodation."

"My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights. We loved it! 2 floors and 3 bedrooms worked out well and 2 bathrooms was plenty for us. Enjoyed the living spaces upstairs and down and the hot tub was much appreciated and used after a canyoneering trip. Decor was loved by our 4 daughters, which says a lot for the space. "En helt perfekt semestervecka i Villa Bane. Sanja är otroligt hjälpsam och såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde. Hon hade fixat lite mat och dricka tills vi kom, och kom även med pannkakor dagen innan vi skulle hem. Mycket uppskattat! Vi bokade även en dag när hon lagade middag till oss, väldigt gott och mycket mat. Hon hjälpte också till med utflykter och taxi. Huset är fint, bilderna stämmer bra. Poolen användes flitigt av oss alla 10 personer i tre generationer. Tonåringarna uppskattade extra mycket biljardbordet och pingisbordet i källaren. Huset har allt man behöver! Tack Sanja för din gästvänlighet!"

"The villa was perfect and beautifully clean. The two largest bedroom suites were glorious and the views stunning. Particularly worth mentioning was the cleanliness of the large fridge, large freezer, oven and swimming pool, which can often be less than ideal in other rental properties. The pool was beautiful and pure heaven in the August heat. While not huge it was still an ideal size for family fun and games and beautifully situated. Our host was friendly and helpful at all times and our girls loved picking fresh figs for breakfast each morning. All communications before and during the holiday were prompt and helpful. It was a treat to be able to walk into a beautiful air conditioned property with pre-arranged fridge supplies for a relaxed evening after a long day travelling. I would highly recommend this villa."

"This is a large villa, which is actually divided into 3 separate apartments.Totally equipped with everything you could wish for. The villa and gardens are emaculate. There's a lovely pool, basketball court, mini putting green (5 holes), mini football green, exercise and play area as well as a hot tub. There's a fabulous bbq room and outside seating area at the top of the garden and a chill out seating area on the middle grass area. This is a nice place to relax, with a tropical fish tank built into the wall and 2 real tortoises behind the wall. The beach and beach bar are just a 4 minute walk down the hill."

"First issue I have with payment before stay where I need to send money through bank account cost me additional £9 pounds. Run out without the gel for shower don't know how person who cleanning hotel cam miss that 2 days in a row. Breakfast average and small portion one pan cake for lad 90kg… My wife have birthday while we stay there no notice by staff. 16 years ago in Egypt to better. Hotel 5 star but service still sitting on 4"
