The property is quiet, the cabin is cute and cozy. There is a lot of space for larger groups--we had 11 people over 2 families and it was good space. The kitchen has a surprising number of small appliances (slow cookers, instant pots, etc.). And the water pressure was fantastic. Also, the host, Nate, was very responsive to all our communications and needs--very accommodating and understanding.
There are a few quirks that made the stay less than ideal. There are only 10 wash cloths, and 12 bath towels--which isn't enough for a listing advertising 13 guests. Also there were only 10 forks, and the spoons were a large odd shape strongly disliked by our large group of children. All these are small, nit-picky things, but also made our stay tricky at times.
Of much larger importance, the listing leaves out mention of two very important things to note. First, THERE IS NO DISHWASHER. You will need to plan on handwashing all of your dishes and appliances. And second, IN THE WINTER/EARLY SPRING YOU WILL NEED CHAINS OR 4-WHEEL DRIVE to get out of the long uphill driveway. We got stuck the first morning of the stay and lost a day of activities. Miraculously the local gas station had snow tire chains in stock that fit our vehicle that we purchased to get out of the driveway the next two mornings.
