This house has been redone into two separate living areas that we rented as one house. It's nice for a group; it would be especially good with teens who want their own space. We had small kids, and it presented some challenges due to steep stairs; however, the kids loved going up and down, exploring the house. We had plenty of space for two families, but we had to combine some furnishings between the two areas for eating space to fit everyone. The main entertaining area that will fit the most people is the top floor, seating at least eight people comfortably.
