    The space
    The house is setup on 4 levels. The basement has a nice family room. The main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath. The second floor has three queen bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor has a king bed and full bath. The house was totally remodeled, yet retains that historic feel and charm.

Enjoyed our stay in a very historic home in Dubuque. We enjoyed the location as it was close to many breweries and restaurants. We enjoyed downtime in the basement it was very quiet and inviting.

Overall amazing place!

Loved the stay here! Got a little nervous on the stairs going to the main bedroom since I’m very clumsy. One of my friends screamed at a centipede lol. Overall beautiful place to stay with friends or family, the outdoor seating is wonderful! Super cozy and wonderful place to stay! Would stay again!!

Wonderful location to downtown Dubuque.

The manager was quick to respond. We had some trouble accessing with the key code, but it might have been user error. Manager worked us through it. House was clean and bedrooms were comfortable.

Such a beautiful place to stay accommodating all of our needs! So close to downtown, plenty of parking and plenty of space for everyone! Will recommend to anyone with groups of 8 or more. Host kept everything simple & let us check in earlier! There wasn’t a long list of clean up duties which was wonderful!! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
